2016 BUCK KIDS

Here we have a few photo's of our buck kids from 2016.  We have seven to choose from.  They are all so nice that we did not disbud them.  The horns can be removed for fair wethers by a vet. for around $35 as I have been told.  We can castrate them upon your deposit received.  If you would like to see these kids, please feel free to give us a call.  If you're in the market for a nice buck at a decent price, here you are.  All wethered kids begin at $200.  We give discounts for multiple purchases.  Most were sired by AABG NORTH BOUND who is the son of 2010 Nat'l Grand Champion WARDS CAT IN THE HAT.  Great bloodlines on dams side as well.  See our genetics page from an earlier years post.  Our kids sell fast so if you're interested don't delay.

PICS OF 2016 KID CROP

We have had a successful kidding season.  Mostly doe kids, all were born in January and February.  Our last doe kidded on March 4.  Here are a few photo's that were taken on March 8, 2016.  All are healthy and thriving.  Our does give their all and look the part.  They will bounce back as soon as the kids diet changes from mostly milk to mostly show feed which is happening right now.

WINNING RESULTS FOR 2015

We love to hear about the good results of our breeding program from the show ring.  Here we have two of our 2015 wethers that did well.  The kid with a spot between his shoulders, aka JTTF SPOT, took first place in his class while his brother, took 3rd place.  JTTF SPOT went on to earn Reserve Grand Champion at the Lenawee County Fair.  Congratulations to Julia H. on her win.

JTTF SPOT was born a triplet to NSA'S MADAME ALVA and sired by AABG NORTH BOUND.  He weighed eight pounds at birth on Jan. 2, 2015 and 55 pounds on April 3, 2015  He went on to weigh 106 pounds at showing for Lenawee Co. fair.

JTTF SPOT is on the left.  His triplet brother on the right weighed 8.5 pounds at birth and 60 pounds on April 3, 2015.  He took 3rd place at Lenawee Co. Fair out of 15 in the ring.

2015 KID CROP

Because of circumstances requiring a time commitment we only bred six does for our 2015 kidding season.  This meant that our kid crop would result with fewer kids for sale.  We were fortunate that the first inquiry ended in the purchase of most of the kids.  We kept one doe as a replacement doe and one small wether to keep her company.  Here are some photo's of the kids as a whole.
